Our Team

As Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations, Clareece West leads the organization’s sales, marketing, and proposals groups to drive growth in market share and spearhead the integrated commercial success of the organization. Ms. West possesses over 15 years of executive leadership experience including global clinical operations, regulatory, data management, safety, change management, international sales, proposals and marketing, M&A, P&L and restructuring expertise. She has worked in global leadership positions at a health technology organization and two large CROs; successfully working cross-functionally with operational project teams along with HR, finance, IT, and quality while building large business development teams and exceeding corporate sales goals. Her background in laboratory medicine operations has provided a strong foundation for her business success.

Prior to joining Linical, Ms. West worked at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 15 organization where she was the General Manager/Vice President for the Regulatory Science service provider business unit within the Specialty Solutions division and United Health Group, a Top 10 Fortune 500 organization within the Ingenix/i3 business unit. She has also worked at small to mid-sized organizations, helping them achieve growth goals and exit strategies.

Ms. West recently served on the American Red Cross (GKCNWMO) Board of Directors and was active as the Vice President of the Healthcare Business Women Association Board of Directors (Kansas City Region). She also sat on the Board of Directors for Voxello, a medical technology company. Ms. West is an active Drug Information Association (DIA) and Society of Clinical Data Management (SCDM) member. Her Bachelor of Science degree is in Biology from Missouri Western State University.
